Welcome to iielite.com, operated by II Elite Media Group (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking services, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

II Elite Media Group provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Recording studio services
  • Mixing & mastering
  • Music production
  • Podcast & content production
  • Video production
  • Live sound, lighting, and LED wall services
  • Event production and media services
  • Content Creation

Some services require custom quotes and signed service agreements.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings require payment of an invoice, deposit, or retainer to secure the date.
  • Services are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • Deposits and retainers reserve time, staff, and equipment and may be non-refundable.
  • Final balances must be paid before or on the service date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Standard Services (Recording, Mixing, Mastering, Content Production)

  • 24 hours: Full refund (minus non-refundable fees)
  • 7–12 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days notice: No refund

B. Event & Live Production Services

Due to staffing, logistics, and third-party vendor commitments:

  • 60+ days notice: 75% refund
  • 30–59 days notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days notice: No refund

C. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 Hours prior to the service date.
  • 14+ days notice: No rescheduling fee (subject to availability)
  • 7–13 days notice: May incur a 20% rescheduling fee
  • Less than 7 days: Treated as a cancellation unless approved at our discretion

Rescheduled services must occur within 90 days of the original date unless otherwise approved.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable once incurred:

  • Deposits and retainers
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Third-party rentals, licenses, or vendor costs
  • Rush or expedited service fees

5. Late Arrival Policy

  • Session time begins at the scheduled start time.
  • Late arrivals do not extend the booked session.
  • Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit the session at our discretion.

6. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear without notice is considered a no-show.
  • No-shows result in full forfeiture of payment.
  • Rebooking after a no-show requires full prepayment.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive prepared and on time
  • Provide accurate project details
  • Secure all rights, licenses, and permissions for submitted content
  • Follow studio, venue, and safety rules

II Elite Media Group is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete files, late arrivals, or unapproved changes.

8. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • Included revisions are defined per service or contract.
  • Additional revisions or scope changes may result in added fees.
  • Major changes requested after work begins may require a revised quote.

9. Cancellation by II Elite Media Group

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

  • Equipment failure
  • Illness or emergency
  • Weather or safety concerns
  • Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, clients may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All produced content remains the property of II Elite Media Group until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as defined in their service agreement.
  • We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

II Elite Media Group is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Data loss due to client-provided media
  • Delays caused by third parties or force majeure events

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Cancellation Insurance (Optional)

Clients may inquire about third-party cancellation insurance for large-scale events. Insurance availability and terms vary and are not provided directly by II Elite Media Group.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
